Return & Refund Policy

We deliver digital products worldwide via instant download. These products are non-refundable once purchased.

Digital Products

All digital products sold by Writeboards (including downloads, digital resources, and online files) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the purchase is complete, unless required by applicable consumer law.

By completing your purchase of a digital product, you acknowledge that you have been informed of and expressly waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), as the digital content will be made available to you immediately upon payment. This waiver applies once the download or access has been initiated.

Where required by the laws of your country, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Physical Products (Australia Only)

Physical products such as Writeboards and kits are only shipped within Australia. Writeboards are made to last and are trusted in Australian classrooms. We do not offer change-of-mind returns. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must have been physically damaged during delivery.
  • You must contact us immediately upon receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Return Shipping

Return shipping should be addressed to:

  • We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns of damaged items.
  • Customers do not need to pay for return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a gift voucher.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
